Although I get spam comments that read a lot like that, so you might want to stay away. Or you could turn the tables on them, and handle it like so:
YOU: ‘Gdjkfs nl wso! rjigoje;sr ziedsaf oefz njf hea?’
SALESPERSON: ‘Eh?’

Looks like that sign was put together by the sort of people TinEye is aimed at. Maybe we need literacy for dummies as well.
