- Antique Italian Marble Bird Bookends Used NR Italy -
This auction is for a matching pair of decorative marble bookends. These handcrafted birds were designed to be a purely decorative addition to your bookshelf, as they do not support much weight. The actual age of these remarkable birds is unknown, however, the pair was obtained prior to 1966. One bird has an oddly rounded beak (see picture).
They stand approximately 5" tall.
This set, made in Italy, is a great addition to any home or office!
